Minnesota Schools Cutting Carbon

Parkers Prairie’s Green Team is made up of 5 students (freshmen and sophomores), and led by their school’s Spanish teacher, Christy Parsons. These 6 people are very determined to help make a difference in this world, starting out in their home town. Some of their goals over the next three years are:

• Get the student body involved with “going green”
• Saving more energy at our school
• Convincing families to try some of the tips we give them
• Making Parkers Prairie, and generally Minnesota, an economically-friendly place!
