Team Project: Community Litter Cleanup
Itasca Community College students and faculty are getting excited for a beautiful upcoming spring. We all know that spring can be a little messy and ICC wants to help clean up the community. May 9th we are asking students, faculty, and community members to take a small portion of their day to walk their block and pick up the trash. Service Master of Grand Rapids has generously agreed to dispose of all the garbage that participants retrieve. It is our intent to stay involved and improve the quality of life in our community. Promoting projects such as this more regularly will help us reach that goal.
