Earth Day Kite Adventure

The winning class for our Elementary Carbon Challenge will be joining the Springfield High School YES Team for a kite flying adventure. First, we’ll be reusing plastic shopping bags by making them into kites. We’ll then fly the kites together in a great, non-carbon activity to celebrate Earth Day. Locally-produced ice cream treats will complete the afternoon.
